It is important that you follow these directions so we can get you to the closing table within your contractual time frame.

1. Fill out the fast, ez approval form on this website if have not already done so.

2. Call us at 1-877-733-2243.

3.Fax the following items to 813-902-6333

Williams sales contract you received at the auction.

Past 2 yrs w-2 forms from all employers for all borrowers. (self-employed borrowers past 2 yrs federal income tax returns with all schedules and pages)

If you receive retirement income then your current retirement income awards letter.

Last months worth of paystubs for all borrowers.

Past 2 months bank statements, ALL PAGES, even if they are blank, on all accounts.

Last retirement account statement, ALL PAGES. If you have one.

If you own investment real estate and you have reported the income on your federal income taxes for the past 2 yrs, then fax or e-mail the returns even if you are not self employed.
